YHC was blessed to flip the calendar to my 42nd year on earth over the weekend, so we celebrated with multiples of 42.

WARM-O-RAMA:
6 exercises, 7 reps each

THE THANG:
Part 1- Mosey on a reverse long Blue Hawaiian to the knee wall, 42 Cuddy’s, 14 Dips, 14 Dirty Hook-ups, and 14 Irkins. Rinse and Repeat.

Part 2- Mosey below the club and Partner up. Find 2 charts, space them for Merkins
Partner A did Squats on the curb (floating heals), lunges, jump squats, While Partner B did Floating merkins…some wide, some narrow, some regular.

After a set of 21 merkins, we moseyed to the top of the club for front leg elevated pistol squats (11 each leg, yep that’s 22 or one for good luck) while partner B did LBCs, American Hammers, LSF, Planks, etc.

We got through 6 sets before time ran tight and we headed back to the Employee Lot.

MARY:
Abs in sets of 14.
