Workouts

There is no catch and no cost. Men of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to join us. There is no requirement of you unless you choose to lead a workout (which you do only when you sign up for it, but it’s your choice).

All you need to do is show up at the time and location listed below, and be prepared for the weather.

Gloves are recommended for grip and hand protection as we use the things around us to get it done. Workouts are designed to challenge everyone but also to leave no one behind. If you don’t already know someone who is there, just say hey to someone and let them know you’re an FNG (Friendly New Guy), and they’ll make sure you feel welcomed.
