The Thang:
Mosey to the corner of Fairway and Greenway stopping at the club entrance for 10 Alternating Lunges, SC. At the corner we did 20 Merkins and 20 Squats and then took a lap around the block. We made 4 laps in total (last 2 NASCAR style) and did 2 sets of exercises before each lap. The other exercises were Ranger Merkins, Wide Merkins, BBSU’s, Leg Raises, Alternating Side Squats, & Sumo Squats. We then made our way back to the parking lot stopping at the entrance for 10 Alternating Lunges.
