Warm-a-rama: 5 burpees then SSH, CP, Windmills, Sungods, downdawg, updawg, baseball stretches and 3 pullups.

The Thang: Mosey to the rock pile by the bridge to partner up (this was difficult for some reason) then complete 300 OH presses, 400 curls and 500 bench presses alternating pax with a run to the gazebo for 3 pullups. YHC noticed a discrepancy in the sizes of the stones so we switched off on the last rounds. Then mosey back to the gazebo for 3 pullups.

Mary: Big Boy sit-ups, Zombie sit-ups and leg raises.

COT: Counted named and prayed it out. Pleasure to lead.
