Warm-a-rama: Hillbillies, Abe Vigodas, Sun Gods-sobriety style, Side Straddle Hops. Mosey to steps at the overhang for Cuddys before continuing to track.
The Thang: The Pax gathered at the near goalposts for the routine. 1 deck of cards in which card suit determined each exercise and card value determined number of reps. Exercise totals were 69 Big Boy Sit-ups, Carolina Dry Docks, Merkins and Sumo Squats and 27 Burpees, Chin-ups, Jump Squats and Pull-ups. Also had 4 small moseys that came up to a half mile.
YHC held the Joker til the end in case time did not permit. Fortunately, this group of HIMs made short work of the 52 exercises and with almost 20 minutes remaining until hard stop, the Joker made its appearance.
In honor of 2 men recently breaking the 2 hour marathon mark, YHC wanted to push the pace on a single lap around the track. The goal was a collective time of 9 minutes for all Pax (90 seconds/Pax). Approximately 90 seconds later, all Pax had crossed the finish line. We then wondered at maintaining a roughly 68 second pace for 105 laps.
Mary: Slowsly from track to same steps at the overhang for more Cuddys and on to the blocks for the Derkins that Peeping Tom and YHC felt Gander forgot on Thursday. The Pax then continued on to the parking lot where Pyro led Mary.
COT: counter, named and prayed for healing for those in need. Coffeeteria at Carolina Bagel. Safe travels to Peeping Tom as he terrorizes the fish in the Caribbean.
