The Thang:
The Pax took a quick walk over to the South field for some work. Starting at the 1st tree, crab walk to the 2nd tree, mosey to the 3rd, and then bear crawl to the 4th, plank for the 6. The way back was a side-bear crawl to the 3rd tree, mosey to the 2nd, and otherside-bear crawl to the 1st tree. Rinse and repeat back out to the 4th tree again.
Mosey to the troll bridge for bunny hops across and then mosey to the convention center knee wall for Dips, Irkins, Shrimp Squats, Step Ups, and Box Jumps.
Mosey across to the overflow lot for zig zag side shuffles across and down the parking lot and back.
Next up was a round of 7s – Squats and American Hammers
Back over to the convention center knee wall for Derkin Walks. I think we got 10 Derkins in. Then Rinse and Repeat the Dips, Irkins, Shrimp Squats, Step Ups, and Box Jumps.
Mosey back into the park entrance for Lt. Dans to the first street lamp then sprint to the flag poles.
While there we did a round of WMDs then moseyed around the park with corner stops for Squats, then Curtsy Lunges the next corner and then ATMs at the final corner.
Back to the gazebo for Mary:
– Leg Throws (around the horn)

Talked about Nick Baumgartner who is 44 and just competed in the Winter Olympics representing the US in Snowboard Cross.
YHC highlighted a few key points that stood out from an interview with NBC. Loved his passion and the amount of effort he put in just to get there to compete with the world’s best.
-Love what you do so much that the work is irrelevant.
