PART #1:
SLOW Indian run- skip to the front. We are terrible at a slow front runner. Finish at the Racoon Wall
PART #2: Amway Pyramid Game
On the knee wall, 1 Dirkin. Run to the convention center sidewalk curb (far side of the Parking lot). Do 2 Irkins.
Run back, do 3 Dirkins.
Run back back, do 4 Irkins.
We kept this up until we got to 10 Irkins, THEN we went back down, thus forming a crap ton of running and 100 Dirkins/Irkins.
10 Squats/10 Lunges/10 Seconds of rest for the 6, rinse and repeat until everyone is done.
PART #3: Mosey to Nautical Wheelers
Curb-reach lunges (step onto the curb, heal is floating), alternating, 10 total
Curb-elevated heel tempo squats x 10
Then mosey to City Hall
PART #4: Egregious 11s:
On top of the City Hall steps: 10 Burpees, mosey to the opposite curb, one (1) four-count FLYING monkey humper (3 humps/pumps and a jump).
Then, 9 and 2, 8 and 3, etc. So…11s!
PART #5: Walk to the end of Morgan’s before we played the traffic light game:;
Green = Lunge Walk
Yellow = Sprint
Red = Broad jumps (or bunny jumps)
PART #6: Indian Run…Pax from the back runs backwards to the front.
