Q: Pyro
PAX: Peeping Tom, Bitcoin, skidloader, Polyp, Double Dipper, Pyro, @LilDipper
FNGs: None
COUNT: 7
Thanks to F3 Suncoast, we had fun like Ben Franklin!
WARM-O-RAMA:
Downward dog, LOR, ROL, into upward dog
5 Jump Squats
5 SSH IC
Mosey along the river to the field, where we found sheets with the beatdown and cones 25 yards apart
THE THANG:
Taking a page from F3 Suncoast and pursued the 1776 challenge, divide into groups of 3
Partner A: Run to the cone and back
Partners B & C: Do the exercise. Count every rep from every partner.
Exercises:
1. 100 Merkins
2. 100 Overhead Claps
3. 100 LBCs
4. 100 Curb dips
5. 100 Moroccan Night Clubs
6. 100 Low slow flutte r(4-count!)
7. 100 Pull-ups in the gazebo (modify: hand-release merkins)
8. 100 Step-Ups on curb, step HIGH
9. 100 Squats
10. 100 American Hammers
11. 100 Mountain Climbers (4-count!)
12. 100 Shoulder Touches (4-count!)

16. 100 Side Straddle Hops (4-count!)
17. 100 Yard Bear Crawl
18. 76 Burpees = 1776!
We modified, so Partner A Ran, Partner B did Burpees, then Partner C did the exercise. Once the Burpees were crushed, we tackled other exercises. Pull-ups might have taken the longest. LOTS of 4-count exercises cooked us.
We were all plenty soggy with yesterday’s rain saturating the field.
All Pax were done by 0609 so we did some bonus work with:
American 7’s:
Hand-Release Irkins on one side
Reverse lunge to other curb
Dirkins on the other side
Lunge back.
We finished at 0614.
Counted, named, and prayed.
