8 men took advantage of the warm weather this morning to take a tour of the downtown Christmas lights.

Warm-a-Rama started with x10 each of:
– Mountain Climbers
– Good Mornings
– Windmills, and
– Sun Gods (forward and backward)

A “follow me” instruction was given by the Q and off went the Pax to the back of the convention center where there were a sufficient number of benches for
– Irkins x12
– Derkins x12, and
– Dips x20

The mosey continued down the Riverwalk and cut right just before the Doubletree and stopped at Bicentennial Circle ford two rounds of Circle Burpees.

The next stage took the Pax to the old Talbot’s lot for
– Partner Wheelbarrows
– Bear Crawls,
– Crab Walks
– Pickle Pointers
– Big Boy Situps, and
– Low Slow Flutter

Off to see if Santa was home at Bear Plaza via the back lot. Unfortunately he hadnt yet returned from the Noth Pole, so instead of sitting on his lap, the Pax found more benches for another round of
– Irkins x12
– Derkins x12, and
– Dips x20
– Plus Bulgarian Split Squats x15 each leg

Over to Pollock and Middle for WMDs x10 each
The down to Branches store front for more WMDs x5 each.

The Q then took the Pax to the City Hall and Episcopal Church parking lots for Wall-La-Leggy
20 each of:
– Squats –> Wall Jump
– Lunges –> Wall Jump
– Reverse Lunges –> Wall Jump
– Squats Jumps –> Wall Jump
– Calf Raises

After some back and forth about which direction to go, the Q finally decided to head to Broad and choose the far, and safer side (against traffic) for a Lamp Post Burpee Run: 3 burpees at each lamp post down Broad to the traffic circle.

The Pax stopped at the traffic circle to put on a show for passers by and were potential targets for a guy in his cool white car. Nice job turning, cool guy.
– Pickle Pointers
– Big Boy Situps
– Low Slow Flutter

Indian Run back to the Gazebo for Mary:
– Twisting Pistons
– Dolly’s
Done

Ubuntu – Zulu term that roughly translates to Humanity or “I am because we are.” Thanks fellas.
