The Bear- The Heavies

This was a gathering of friends for some workout action on a muggy Saturday morning in June.
There weren’t FNGs, but it was awesome to have THERANOS so we got after it…

Warm-a-rama:
Mountain climbers
Mosey to the light pole, 2 Burpees, mosey bag
Carrot pickers
SSH

The Thang:
First, BOXING DAY
Covered area boxes for 11s:
Jump Squats out on the sidewalk
Mosey up the steps
Derkins

This got us sweating!

Then, THE HEAVIES…aka The Heaviest Mile
Similar to the Toughest Mile, but with weights!

We moseyed back to G.O.A.T. Field where we found:
Two 53# medicine balls
A Curl bar
A hex squat bar
A 30# ruck plate
A Football

6 Pax present, so #6 did the exercise with #5

The Thang: #5 pax throws football
5 and 6 mosey there for an exercise:
Burpees, Merkins, Lunges, Shoulder Taps
The other pax move their implement- ruck plate for triceps
After every 2 rounds we did some abs to mix them in and catch out breath!
We covered 1.2 miles through the big parking lot doing this, finishing back at STARTEX.

Only time for a couple more Ab exercises!
