The Thang:
Mosey to the front of the club, but cross the road to the sidewalk, for safety:
1. Squats OMD
2. Lunge walks towards Garber x 20
3. Over and backs- toe touches on each side of the white line

Mosey on to Garber, finding a partner and some wall for:
Partner A: Short loop run, stop for 5 Groiners, finish the loop run
Partner B: AMRAP exercise, flap jack, do 3 rounds of the exercise:
Round 1: Dips- ouch!
Round 2: Monkey Humpers- also ouch!
Round 3: Shoulder taps- less ouch
In between we broke them up with some ab work- gas pumps, pickle pointers, and the like.

We slow-seyed (aka walked) to the end of the parking lot before moseying back, with stops at:
17th Cart Path: Squats
9th Cart Path: Lunge and twists
Club Entrance: Over and backs

Mosey up the driveway for “Fix a Flag” along the way.
Stop at the knee wall for:
Assisted Pistol Squats- 12 each leg
12 Irkins
Assisted Pistol Squats- 10 each leg
10 Irkins
Assisted Pistol Squats- ALTERNATE each leg- 8 each leg
8 Irkins

Mosey to the employee lot.

Mary:
