The Thang:
We each grabbed a cindy and moved over to grassy field adjacent to parking lot.
– Block Circuit – 10 Block Squats, 10 Overhead Presses, 10 Bent-over Rows, 10 Staggered Block Merkins (Switching sides after 5 Reps)) followed by a 40 yard Mosey (20 yards down and back). We then R&R’ed the circuit x 4 and took a lap around the driveway in the front of the school.
– Dora 1,2,3 – Split into teams for 100 Block Curls, 200 Block Squats, and 300 Block Chest Presses with 80 yard Mosey (40 yards down and back). We then took lap to ending up on the opposite side and stopped at the covered area for 10 Calf Raises on each step and 10 Dips, 10 Irkins, Bulgarian Split Squats (10 Each Leg), Oblique Crunches (10 each side), an 10 Box Squats.
– Block Escalator – Placed cones 10 yards apart and then we did the following at each cone: 5 Burpees, 10 Block Dead Lifts, 15 Block Squats, 20 LBCs with a Murder Bunny in between and Rifle Carry for the return. We then R&R’ed and took a lap around the front of the school.
