THE THANG:
The original plan was to do lots of heavy things, but on my drive to UPP I noticed the new fishing pier lit up and knew we had to get some of that!
#1: Pull-throughs:
Pax lined up shoulder to shoulder, then planked, right-handed pull throughs of a 10# weight, 20# kettle bell, 20# sandbag, 30# sandbag, 30# ruck, 45# ruck, and a 60# sandbag. Rinse and repeat down the field
Break for some squats and other leg work
Re-line up, and do left handed pulls of the same weights
Pile the weights up and come back to them later
