The Thang:
– Nickels & Dimes (5 Pullups followed immediately by 10 Merkins), EMOM for 5 minutes. Note, YHC had a device error, so first round was 7 sets instead of 5.
– Mosey around block with 3 stops for Ab work
– Corner 1 – LSF, IC, 15x
– Corner 2 – Boxcutters, IC, 15x
– Corner 3 – Gas Pumpers, OMU, 15x
– Back to Gazebo for Rinse & Repeat
– 3 Full Rounds Completed

– Variety of stretches to include
– Butterfly Stretch
– ITB Stretch
– Seated Toe Touch Stretch
– Child’s Pose
– Lay on back and stretch
