The Thang:
Moseyed to Garber Ministry Center Parking lot where we Sprinted the length of the parking lot and did the same for the return with 20 reps of an exercise before each Sprint. We then Moseyed around the block. We completed this cycle 4 times and the exercises were Merkins at the far end and Lunges, BBSUs, Squats, and Heels to Heaven at the front end. We then returned to the club stopping at the stop sign for 20 Alternating Side Squats.
