PAX: Mr. Roboto, Peeping Tom, Double Dipper, McRib
FNGs: None
COUNT: 4
It was the perfect amount of chill this morning, both in weather and in effort. Pax showed up in everything from sweats from head to toe on down to shorts and thin long sleeves. While the amount of clothing was evenly distributed, the amount of effort was strong for everyone.
Warm-a-rama:
– Imperial Walkers x10
– Carrot Pickers x10
– Abe Vigodas x10
The Thang:
The Pax moseyed out to the corner of Greenwood and Fairway, which was to be the center point of our morning. Started with Squats at the bottom of Fairway and then a hard effort up Fairway to Norman followed by Merkins and LBCs.
Easy pace around the Norman and Holly Ridge loop and back to Fairway. Another round of squats followed by a hard effort back down Fairway. Here Pax did Merkins and LBCs again. This time our loop was around Garber (Country Club and Country Club) and back to our center point for Lunges, Unicorn style.
Hard effort back up Fairway. There were likely Merkins and LBCs here. Loop around Norman and Holly Ridge and final, not as hard effort back down Fairway. Just a moment to catch our breath and then an easy pace back to the Club.
Mary: No time.
COT: Full weekends with boat show, camping, hockey, basketball, and house and yard work amongst family. Prayers for Little Dipper as he celebrates his 16th birthday and gets his drivers license.
