We ran the corner of Greenway and Fairway stopping at the club entrance for 20 Alternating Lunges. At the intersection we did 20 reps of 2 exercises followed by 2 runs around the lower block and the same for the upper block. (We also did half of them NASCAR Style (i.e. Counterclockwise) courtesy of Peeping Tom. The exercises were Merkins, Ranger Merkins, Wide Merkins, Squats, Sumo Squats, Alternating Side Squats, Toddler Squats, BBSUs, Heels to Heavin, & Freddie Mercuries. We then returned to the club stopping at the entrance for another 20 Alternating Lunges.
