BlackDog (F3 New Bern) was ready at 5:10am and Ottoman came in HOT HOT HOT at 5:14.99am for some extra credit! We did the mile loop, but modified to turn left on Craven to make sure we got back in time, using some Tabata (2:30 ruck, then 30 seconds shuffle) to cover 0.9+ miles early on.

Polyp joined up with us for a ruck around town, out behind the Doubletree, up Metcalf to Broad, Broad to E Front, taking a lap around the park to finish.
