Fall is in the air. It was a great morning for a ruck in the gloom. 6 HIMs showed to put their work in. There was much conversation on everything from college football, astronomical events, to trading high protein recipes. We were able to set a respectable pace of about 16’30” and getting in about 2.7 miles.

We rallied back at the flagpoles for the COT. Praise report for Noah ( Capt Von Trapp’s 2.0) who had a successful medical procedure earlier in the week. Happy Labor Day weekend.
