– Full parking lot lap followed by exercise: stack BLIMPS: Burpees x 5 -> lap -> Burpees x 5, Lunges x 10 (single ct) -> lap -> Burpees x 5, Lunges x 10, Imperial walkers x 15……and so forth until stacked to Squats x 30 then decline with dropping an exercise after each lap back to Burpees x 5
– Scout run with Imperial walkers back to the club
