It was a mighty cold morning and no one had signed up to Q so YHC took the lead, knowing we could get warm fast and crank out a bunch of burpees in the process.

THE THANG:
Part #1:
Mosey to the knee wall for Cuddys, Dips, Irkins, Dirkins and the like.
Part #2:
Many years ago dt3 ran a Mucho Chesto where we ran from under the club to up above, doing descending #s of Merkins.
This time, we did a Burpee Ladder:
2 Burpees, run up to the front entrance of the club
4 Burpees, run down below
6 Burpees…rinse and repeat the runs, getting the Burpees up to 10, then back down to 2 Burpees at the end.
This totals FIFTY (50) Burpees (aka 65 to date)
Part #3: Leg work, including Squats, Monkey humpers, and the like, plus 5 burpees (70)
Rinse and repeat, including the burpees x 5 (75)
Part #4: Burpee Cardio Heart Attack
On one side- 2 burpees
Mosey to the other side- 2 more burpees
Rinse and repeat over, and over, and over again x 10 minutes
#TClaps to Peeping Tom for pacing me personally and pushing me harder than I would have pushed myself.
I landed on 88 Burpees here (163 total)
Part #5: Back to the knee wall for some more work
