Late August means football and IPC are right around the corner. Since Hambone did such a great job last year with a football workout and YHC still hears talk of the football workout Morning Q’d some years ago, I thought better to Q an old IPC beatdown in preparation for the 2025 edition.
In retrospect, YHC underestimated the intensity of this workout. For any Pax in attendance who read the preblast and anticipated a watered down version, my apologies.

McRib crushed the event as expected with Hambone, Morning, Polyp Pyro and winthorpe close behind. In the Clydesdale division, Bitcoin finished strong, Hog Slat and Moonshine put in the hard work and YHC brought up the 6.
With about 12 minutes to spare, YHC called for a slowsy to the Pull Up bar for 5 pull-ups per pax with Planks or LBCs for the rest of the Pax followed by a mosey back to the shovel flag.
