Ruck It – Rack and Stack in Tempo

7 men for Ruck It this morning. With the Q showing up just in time to get started, there was little further delay.

Rucked out of Union Point Park to encounter the non-F3 shirtless dude who was a happy to impart a little wisdom to us younger gents. Rucking continued down East Front, left on King, right on Craven, quick left on Middle, and back down South Front and back to UPP.

  • Tempo Calf Raises x10 IC, War Hammers Low Slow Flutter x10 IC, Bent Over Tempo Ruck Rows x10 IC, Ruck Thrusters x10 OYO, Tempo Merkins x10 IC, Tempo Squats x10 IC

Quick Name-a-rama, anncoucements (might be best to just throw out any shirst that are being complained about at home), and shout out.
