The Thang: we ran loops with sprints at the radar sign. The intent was to let everyone post a fast speed on the first pass and then doll out punishment in the form of merkins when we struggled to match that speed on subsequent tries. But the radar wasn’t picking us up for some reason so it ended up just running loops with Merkins, sprints, big boy situps, squats and dipps at the corners. We got around a few times before taking a left at the planter and heading down to the river for a swim to the crab pot and back.
