As utc preps for Philmont, we took a final turn at SkySail for some elevation action…and a WHOLE LOTTA sweat!

The Thang:
Ruck to SkySail with a 20# kettlebell changing hands every few minutes/intersections
Arrive at SkySail and #HurryRuck up the ramp, head down the stairwell
3 burpees
1 flight of the stairwell
Then, 8 Cuddys every other curb, one bonus to get 40 reps
Rinse and repeat the ramp and stairwell BUT with 4 Burpees and 2 flights, different carry each time.
3rd round- 5 burpees and 3 flights.
At this point Bitcoin wished up a star for #ZeroBurpees so YHC granted it, BUT…
4th round- slow up the ramp with long strides
10 Thrusters- #BeCarefulWhatYouWishFor
FIVE flights- mix up the carries!
Then, head back by the riverwalk, again changing the KB around

Big boy hammers- 1 big boy sit up, then 4 American hammers (single count)
Escalated to 2:8 and 3:12.
Past hard stop, we were done…and cooked!
