The Thang:
4 cones set up, each 67.5 meters apart (aka a 250 meter loop!)…
at each stop, exercises where you’ll do 25 reps:
#1: Merkins/Werkins/Ranger Merkins/Hand Release Merkins
#2: Squats/Lunges/Squat Jumps/Iron Mikes
#3: Bricks and coupons present for curls and triceps
#4: Ab station: Big Boy Situps, 4-Count LBCs, 4-Count LSF, 4-Count Dying Cockroaches
The goal was 10 rounds, aka #250 reps of each…silly YHC thought we’d have lots of spare time.
It was cookin’ outside and we got through 8 rounds, so we owe ‘Merica a few extra sets.
