The Thang:
We selected our blocks and moved to the field adjacent to the parking lot. There we did a series of exercises and then did a Rifle Carry 40 Yards and a Farmer Carry for the return. The exercises were 15 Block Curls, 15 Block Squats, 10 Block Overhead Presses, 10 Block Swings, and 5 Block Burpees. We then R&R’d this 2 more times and headed to the covered area at the covered area we did 10 Calf Raises on each step. We then found a box for the following exercises 20 Step Ups, 10 Derkins, 10 Box Squats, 10 Dips, 10 Oblique Crunches (Each Side), and 10 Irkins. We then Moseyed around the grassy area in front and then R&R’d the Box work before heading to the Pull Up Bar. At the Pull Up bar we set up stations where one person did 10 Pull Ups and the others did Squats and BBSUs. We did 2 Rounds before returning to the covered area were we R&R’d the previous work and then returned to the front where we had time for 2 more circuit rounds.
