The Thang:
4 Corners with 5 Burpees, 10 Merkins, 15 Squats, & 20 LBCs. Rinse and Repeat. Mosey to practice field on left side of school stopping at the front for 75 Calf Raises OYO. At the practice field we did a partner Dora 1,2,3 with 100 Merkins, 200 Squats, & 300 LBCs. We then made our way to the practice field in the back stopping at the Pull Up Bar for 2 rounds of 10 Pull Ups, Merkins, and Squats. At the practice field we did a goal line finisher…
Sprint 20 yards, 10 Burpees, Mosey back
Sprint 40 yards, 20 Merkins, Mosey back
Sprint 60 yards 30 LBS, Mosey back
Sprint 80 yards, 40 Plank Jacks, Mosey back
Sprint 100 yards & Mosey back.
We then took a lap around the track stopped after each 100 yards to perform the exercises mentioned above. We then made our way back to the front parking stopping at the covered area for 75 Calf Raises and policed the area for trash.
