The Thang:
Took lap around the front of the school, selected cinderblocks (Freshly painted courtesy of BlackDog (F3 New Bern)) and headed to the grassy area adjacent to the parking lot where we split into teams for a Dora 1, 2, 3 with 100 Merkins (No block), 200 Overhead Presses, and 300 Block Squats. (YHC called an audible on the Overhead Presses and converted to Air Presses at the midpoint) We then took a lap around the school stopping at the front for 75 Calf Raises, the left side for 20 Dips, Irkins, Step Ups, and Heel Elevated Squats, the back for 2 rounds of station work consisting of Pull Ups, Merkins, BBSUs, and Squats (Polyp found a soccer ball Hambone found a way to incorporate), and the right side for a R&R of the work we did at the front and left side. We then policed the area for trash and returned to our blocks in the front for another Dora 1, 2, 3. This time we attempted to complete 100 Curls, 200 BBSUs (no block) and 300 Chest Presses, but were short on time and curtailed the BBSUs and Chest Presses before completion.)
