Mosey to track with a stop for a few Merkins, Groiners and Jump Squats

The Thang: BLIMPS ladder with pull-ups.
3 Pull-ups, 5 Burpees- mosey to opposite end zone.
Add 10 Lunges each leg to the routine, return to starting goal post.
Add 15 4 count Imperial Walkers to routine. And continue on with 20 Merkins, 25 4 count Plank Jacks and 30 squats.

We then went back down the ladder to the original starting set.
