The Thang:
Moseyed to the practice filed on the left side of the school stopping at the front for 20 Fly Away Irkins with a clap and 75 Calf Raises. At the practice field we did a latter with 10 Burpees, 20 Merkins, 30 Squats, and 40 Flutter Kicks with a 40 yard Mosey in between. We then R&R’ed before making our way to the track stopping at the Pull Up bar for 2 rounds of station work with Pull Ups, Merkins, Squats, and BBSUs rotating after 10 Pull Ups. At the track we did “catch me if you can” with 5 Bear Crawls and 2 Burpees with a mandatory stop at each corner. We then R&R’ed after completing 11’s with BBSUs and Squats. We then made our way to the front parking lot stopping a the Pull Up bar for two more rounds and the covered area for 20 Fly Away Irkins and 75 Calf Raises.
