The Thang:
1 Man Punt/Passes/Kicks- we mosey to the ball and he calls an exercise- 2 sets
Work our way around to the pull-up bar- there were some flubbed kicks and an interception by a tree, so an audible for a 10-second RB sprint was made for the last couple
>From there, we got to the pull-up bar for a set of 10, with 3 leg exercises.
Then, it was showtime on the field for CATCHY-CATCHY.
We had our conditioning in, so we went to some route running…catch your pass? 10 Merkins as a reward.
A drop? 5 Burpees.
KICKER CAMP:
After 3 rounds, we moved to some kicking. There were some MONSTER field goals, and as the distance got longer, the kicks got worse. We built up to needing to do 25
We then moved on to kicking, some pretty, some not so much. Some MONSTERS that would’ve been good from 40 yards!
We built a 25 Burpee deficit, but were saved with some timely catches and kicks.
Then we made our way back front, adding some Burpee stops, and a Cuddy stop with 20 on each step!
