THE THANG: Today was an NCAA tournament seemed marked madness of exercises.
We rucked to the Galley store for:
ROUND OF 64: 16 Chest Press, Baby Bjorn acorss the street for 16 more Chest Press, narrow ruck orientation
Rinse and repeat, to get to 64!
Ruck over to the fishing pier.
ROUND OF 32: 8 Thrusters on one end of the pier- mosey to the other end and back.

Third round of a thrusters
Mostly to the opposite end of the pier and back
A final set of 8 thrusters, for 32 thrusters!
Bitcoin astutely noted that the pier is shaped like a bracket and while there were 2 ends to start, only one exit remained! On to the Sweet 16!
Ruck to the traffic circle for:
SWEET 16: 8 Rucked up merkins, ruck around the circle
8 more merkins. But that’s not enough, so we farmer-carried with one arm, then 8 more merkins, farmer-carried the other arm, then 8 final merkins.
