BlackDog (F3 New Bern) is on a mission for Ruck Burpees throughout the year, so we did 3 every 4 minutes, with Bitcoin and @RenaissanceMan joining with Merkins, Planks, or Burpees.
Nutz set the pace, including some shuffle around the block to loop the Pax.
We took the riverfront to Eden St, to George St and right on Queen, left on E Front St route.
We landed back at the park with some time to ruck until the hard stop.
We counted, named, and prayed. Come out this weekend and Monday to support Moonshine!
