Mosey back to the back lot for a round of 7s consisting of Mike Tysons and American Hammers.
Then back to the wall for Bulgarian Split Squats and Irkins, x2.
And to close the Thang out we did 10 merkins, 10 squats, and 10 big boy sit ups followed by a parking lot lap. Then we did 9 reps of the same, followed by a lap, then 8 reps and a lap before it was time to go for…
