YHC was still feeling the Beaver Moon Overnight Ruck as of Sunday evening so a plan was devised to limit the number of steps taken ar Ruck-It. “Mistakes were made” to quote Winthorpe.

The Thang
The Pax partnered up for a DORA 123. Pax 1 completed as many reps of exercise as possible while Pax 2 traveled 15 yards and back by a particular mode of transit. 1st exercise was 50 Rucked Merkins and MOT was Rucked Bear Crawl. 2nd exercise was 100 Ruck Thrusters and MOT was Bear Crawl with a ruck drag. At this point, YHC realized a mistake was made with all the shoulder work and felt a definite need for a break so an audible for a short ruck lap was called. The Pax returned to the starting point for the 3rd exercise which was 150 Rucked Squats and MOT was Rucked Lunge Walk. Definite mistake made as legs were now on fire. Omaha’d a short ruck lap. YHC had time to use so we continued the DORA format with 100 Ruck Skull Crushers and a Ruck-on-front Crab Walk. Another mistake as triceps failure almost led to YHC’s skull actually being crushed. Omaha’d again for a ruck lap. Finished the DORA with 50 rucked Merkins and Rucked Lt. Dan’s.
