Once 5:30 hit, the Pax were off for an easy mile around Garber and back to the entrance with stops along the way for Carrot Pickers, Quad stretches, and downward dog calf stretches.
>From the club entrance we ran at a strong pace (5 – 6 minutes per mile) to Dogwood then eased our pace as we continued out to Camelia and maintained that back to the entrance where we had about 30 seconds of rest before the next repeat. Pax did 4 repeats followed by a longer break for Merkins and Squats, then 2 more repeats before time was up.
