Similar work but different day and indeed different conditions!
Bitcoin joined me this morning for the Shuttle Launch.
Very similar to last week, with some small twists:

After some warm-o-rama, we headed off with a 20-pound kettlebell, switching hands and positions of the KB along the way, with these stops:

Convention center wall- Step ups
Craven and S Front- Cuddys/aka Calf Raises
Middle and S Front- Toe Floating Squats
Ruck to Sky Sail ramp for lunge walk up the first elevation, then duck walk the second

Head down the steps for the main event…
Just like a shuttle launch, the key was 10, 9, 8, 7…
This time, the KB served as a superior doorstop compared to last week’s stick.

We did Ruck Curls, Ruck Overhead Press, Ruck Tricep Extensions, and then a ruck flight of stairs.
First 10 reps each, then 9…all the way down to 1, beating the 15 minute timer with minutes to spare.

We then did cuddys on the parking bumpers, before heading back along the river. We had time, so we paused behind the double tree for ruck chest presses and some abs
Then, those awkward convention center step ups, and toe floating DECLINE ruck squats by the gazebo.

We counted, named, and prayed, especially Monica’s mom’s husband, whose health is struggling.
Be blessed this week HIMs!
