The Thang: Choose Your Poison – Nutz and Moonshine completed a 5k+ mosey without rucks. Polyp, Blackdog and YHC donned rucks and performed an exercise every 4 minutes. Polyp-Squats 5x; Blackdog-Burpees 3x; YHC-Merkins 5x.
The pavement monster struck again. This time Nutz offered up a skin sacrifice somewhere around the 6k mark. Sorry, no pics to accompany the commentary, but suffice it to say, it definitely is strawberry season.
