Just Bitcoin and I this morning, both ailing, one from a weekend warrior amount of work, the other from traveling from Phoenix.

We modified to 4 minute intervals…
On the 4th minute, we added an exercise, these included…
Squats
Curls
Skull crushers/Triceps
Lunges
And a few others…

We went up E Front, to the Fishing Pier, Across Broad and down Craven, before circling back to the park, adding exercises and then working back down.
Finished with some Mary that included a few ab exercises

And this backblast, kids, is why it’s important to do it right away, or the details become fuzzy!

We counted, named, and prayed. Aye!
