The Thang:
The goal was to get some work in and circle back to Moonshine as he is pushing but not hurting himself recovering from surgery!
We used some city blocks to wrap around opposite Moonies and meet up with him.
This included the final few minutes in UPP, going Catch Me If You Can Style, which required some shuffles to catch up to Moonshine
Mary: Back to the overflow low to COT it, where we did some #OrgasmLaps to finish the morning.
COT: We counted, named, and prayed for:
1. Moonshine’s recovery
2. Nutz wife’s pregnancy
3. Although we didn’t outwardly pray for it, prayers for BlackDog (F3 New Bern) as #Concentrica has kept him propping up the family and missing some posts.
