THE THANG:
Ruck to the flag poles for:
Curb merkins
Bent over ruck rows
Chest presses

Ruck up and last bit shuffle to the convention center
Rucks down
Mosey to the Harvey, 5 Burpees. Mosey back, 5 more burpees
We then did overhead press, thrusters, and curls.

Rucked up and last bit shuffled to Nautical wheelers, rinse and repeat the merkins/rows/presses

Mosey to New Bern Coffeeroasters (aka formerly Ratty’s) where we did OHPs/Thrusters/Curls

Mosey to the middle street crosswalk
5 burpees, mosey back, then 5 more burpees.

Ruck up, ruck down S Front, last bit shuffle to the convention center wall for:
Wall (curb) Irkins
Bent over rows on the wall
Chest presses, head floating off the wall

Mosey to the CC
5 burpees, mosey back to the wall, 5 more burpees

Ruck up, long ruck back around the river to the flag poles for:
OHPs/Thrusters/Curls
Ruck back to the Gazebo

MARY:
Big boys, touch the ruck
Gas pumps, DON’T touch the ruck
(1 penalty Hand release release Merkin)

Knee to elbow both sides
Leg wide both sides
