Set 1 was one minute easy, then pick up the pace to around 75% to 80% (where it got to be tough by the end of the minute) for the next minute. 3x repeats.
Stop for 20 Squats
Set 2 was two minutes easy followed by two minutes hard. 2x this time.
Stop for 20 Merkins
Set 3 was back to one minute easy followed by one minute hard. 3x repeats again.
Back to the club lot for Mary that consisted of LBCs and Low Slow Flutter.
