Change of scenery today and we went across the Wilson Creek bridge in search of a new “hill.”
Our first stop was at the club entrance for Carrot Pickers, Imperial Walkers, (off-balance) hip opener exercises, and some quad stretches.
Mosey to Camelia for squats, downward dog, and upward dog.
Indian Run to the intersection of Trent Woods Drive and Trent River Drive. More exercises here, I believe.
Mosey over the bridge to Hawthorne for Side Straddle Hops.
At the bottom of our hill at White Oak, instructions were given to run up the hill at a little harder than moderate and wait for the Pax at the top. Merkins at the bottom started us off, lunges at the top finished the round. Rinse and Repeat two more times for a total of 3 hills.
At this point time was getting short, so Indian Run back to to Trent River Dr, quick stretch to ensure we had everyone and then resumed down Trent River Dr and on home.
