We warmed up, ran approximately 4 miles and stopped for various stretches/exercises. The 4 miles consisted of the loop plus Tenella and a quick drop by Unicorn’s house where we did some monkey humpers. Spotted Faulkner out and about getting some work in.
No time for Mary.
Most mornings I don’t want to get up, but am always glad I did. Pleasure to lead.
