As we begin February, YHC found it appropriate to test thyself and establish a baseline level to set goals for the upcoming year. (Disclaimer: several workouts and the idea was sourced from GoRuck instagram).

Warm up:
Arm circles
Plank
Down dog
Plank
Up dog
Ruck to the flagpoles

The Thang:
1-mile Ruck shuffle for time around UPP (5 laps). The pax completed this task in 12:15-12:30 minutes!!
2-minute rest
2-minute Hand Release Ruck Merkins
2-minute rest
2-minute Ruck Squats
2-minute rest
1/2-mile Ruck Suitcase Carry (2.5 laps)
Ruck back to Gazebo
2-minute WW2 sit-ups
Run 1-lap
