You thought Tuesday was cold…

AO: ao-the-point
Q: Pyro
PAX: BlackDog (F3 New Bern), Pyro
FNGs: None
COUNT: 2
2 Pax braved the “Feels like 11F” snowy, icy weather. BlackDog (F3 New Bern) found a cleared football field, but no 1V1 football was in the cards.

WARM-O-RAMA:
1 Burpee
SSHs
2 Burpees (3)
Carrot Pickers
3 Burpees (6)
Something Else
4 Burpees (10)

THE THANG:
Mosey around the park with 7 of Diamonds, but just 7s
7 Burpees at 3 stops, 9 burpees at the last one by the rip rap to give 30 more (40 total)
We then snagged some rip rap for:
1. People’s chair and static rip rap hold
2. Squats
3. People’s chair with overhead press
4. Lunges
5. 5 Burpees (45)
6. Tricep extensions with rip rap
7. Cuddys
8. Monkey Humpers
9. 5 more Burpees (50)
10. Mosey to mid-troll bridge
11. 10 more Burpees (60)
12. Mosey to the riverwalk, turn right
13. 3 Burpees per light, 4 at the 3rd one, so 10 more burpees (70)
14. Mosey back to UPP
15. 5 more Burpees (75)

We probably did some more burpees before headed to the “football field” for some punt/pass/not so much kick action
There was a 5 gallon bucket set out on the field.
Each pax had a football.
Everybody misses- 3 Burpees for everyone
Hit the bucket- 5 Burpees for the other Pax
Ball in the bucket- 7 Burpees for the other Pax
We did multiple rounds of this, one double-or-nothing with 6 vs. 10 vs. 14 Burpees. Fortunately, we only hit the bucket, no balls in!

We punted with a “closest to the bucket” penalty for the other pax.
We also punted for the longest punt.
Pax were kind and often did burpees together.

MARY:
We finished with some more burpees, Plank, and floating gas pumps.

Counted, named, and prayed, giving thanks for staying warm with all the snowy burpees…snurpees!
Layers kept us both warm and fairly dry. Come out next time!
