THE THANG:
Ruck up, go to the corner of the field of flags for:
11 Thrusters, 11 Burpees
Ruck to the opposite corner, around the river, and repeat Thrusters and Burpees
We added an extra set of Thursters mid-work to count the Burpees from Warm-O-Rama, and finishes out 11 stops with roughly 1.5 miles ruck coverage with some time to spare.
