Warm-a-rama: pre-0530 leg stretches and 25 single count SSH because come 0530 it was ON!

With Bitcoin fishin’ with the fishes, BlackDog (F3 New Bern) on mini-IR, and no other Pax, I was faced with the choice of fartsacking or a reservation for 1. I chose the hard thing.

The Thang:
Ruck-based Murph, 10 rounds for time:
1. Ruck 0.2 mile UPP loop
2. 10 ruck overhead press and 10 ruck Tricep extensions
3. 20 rucked up Merkins
4. 30 rucked up squats

1st lap clocked in a little under 4:30 so a sub-45 minute Murph was the target.
Some shuffle in rounds 9 and 10 helped even further, and squat #300 was done at 43:54
