A hearty 2-pax showed for some work in the dark.

Warm-a-rama:
Michael Phelps, SSH, Carrot Pickers, Stretches on the rail, before a mosey out the park.

The Thang:
First stop- convention center lot for 7s…
Burpees to start, toe-floating squats on the other end

Once this was finished, we headed to Nautical Wheelers, using the Craven St traffic light for:
Green: Lunge walk
Yellow: Sprint
Red: Air presses

Fortunately, this went faster than expected, about 4 rounds, before arriving at City Hall for 25s…

Start at the top of the City Hal steps with 25 Merkins…
mosey across Craven to the sidewalk for 24 Monkey Humpers…
Back to City Hall for 23 Merkins- different type…
And so on, until 1 Merkin at the end- but instead it was a Burpee.
A 10 minute timer was set and we almost made it!

>From there, mosey back to the Convention Center for Racoon wall sets (3) of dips and step-ups.

Mary: Abs in the Gazebo and 0615 was there before we knew it.

COT: Thankful for Polyp, I would have been tempted not to do the work if it wasn’t for his presence and accountability.
